Im Feld Status wird die jeweilige Vertragssituation der Person angezeigt (z. B. beschäftigt, in Kündigung).

Statusmeldungen

Anstehend	Zukünftiger Mitarbeiter, der den Vertrag bereits unterzeichnet hat, aber dessen Vertrags-Startdatum noch nicht erreicht wurde
Beschäftigt	Aktiver Mitarbeiter in einem ungekündigten Arbeitsverhältnis Wird automatisch ausgewählt, wenn eine Mitarbeiterakte über das 360°-Feedback angelegt wird
In Kündigung	Mitarbeiter, der bereits in einem gekündigten Arbeitsverhältnis steht, aber formell noch angestellt ist bzw. die restliche Zeit bis zur Freistellung noch arbeitet
Alumni	Ehemaliger Mitarbeiter, dessen Vertrag das Enddatum erreicht oder überschritten hat

Wird im Bereich Vertrag ein zukünftiges Startdatum eingetragen, ist der Status Anstehend.

Wird im Bereich Vertrag ein Enddatum und/oder ein Kündigungsdatum eingetragen, ist der Status In Kündigung.

Ist das Enddatum erreicht oder überschritten, ist der Status Alumni.

Liegt das Startdatum in der Vergangenheit und es gibt kein Enddatum, ist der Status Beschäftigt.

Status messages

Future	Future employees who have signed contracts but whose contracts have not yet started.
Employed	Current employees under an on-going employment contract This is automatically selected when a personnel file is created via the 360-degree feedback.
Under termination	Employees whose employment contracts have ended but are officially still employed or are working a period of notice.
Alumni	Former employees whose contracts have ended.

If a future start date has been entered in the section Contract, then the status is Future.

If an end date has been entered in the section Contract, then the status is Under termination.

The status is Alumni for end dates that have been reached or have passed.

If the start date is in the past and there is no end date, then the status is Employed.
